If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us 24 - 72 hours in advance. 
To avoid service charges or lost of certificate.

All sales are final. Gift Certificates are non-refundable. 
You may exchange for a general gift certificate in the amount of the purchase price. 
Expiration is one year from purchase date.
